Why do I need VA?

How do I calculate the hours I will need you for?
If you purchase ad-hoc hours then time is tracked in 15-minute increments and you are only invoiced for the actual time I spend on agreed tasks. There is a 1-hour minimum for ad-hoc hours.
For packages, each contains a set amount of hours each month and we will have agreed what I will complete during those hours. I will send you weekly updates and if you approach your limit then we will discuss increasing support to ensure you are never caught off-guard.
Are you insured/legal/competent?
Yes. I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office and am fully insured. I bring years of hands-on experience to your business. Much of my working life has been in offices or using technology in the field and I am used to several different software applications including Microsoft, Adobe, Canva, Xero and Sage. I am proactive, super organised and everything I do for you is fully confidential. I have a BSc (Hons) and am working towards an MA in Philosophy.
